If an order is placed and payment is received by 2pm we will aim to despatch the same day, orders received after 2pm, over weekends and bank holiday periods are processed for despatch on the next working day. Your order will be delivered using our chosen courier.
We will use a tracked service and a signature may be required for you to receive goods. A confirmation of despatch email and the parcel tracking number will be sent to you once the order has left our warehouse.
Mainland UK Delivery costs
Orders over £50.00 - FREE next working day delivery for UK mainland orders placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be despatched on the next working day. We can offer Saturday delivery at an extra cost. Please call 01787 881144 to arrange before placing your order.
Orders under £50.00 – Carriage will be charged at £5.00 standard delivery, £7.50 for next working day delivery.
Nose pieces and some smaller items: Carriage will be charged at £2.50
Non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands)
Delivery times may vary and may take between 2 – 4 working days to arrive.
Please note:-
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or mail forward agencies or BFPO without prior communication.
We cannot change the delivery address once orders have been despatched.
Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering, if the address is incorrect and there is a cost to redeliver you item we will have to pass this cost on.
