Salice Warranty, Crash Replacement & Price Match
All Salice products have a 2 year warranty. If you believe your Salice product has developed a manufacturing fault please firstly contact the dealer where you purchased the item from and email them a photo of the faulty product along with proof of purchase. If this is not possible or you purchased the item from salice.co.uk please use the Contact us form to email us that we may advise how to proceed. Please note we can only handle warranty issues for products purchased from UK dealers.
We have a crash replacement system open to those who have purchased through either salice.co.uk / manbi.com or an authorised UK dealer - see Where to Buy.
If you have an accident and your helmet or sunglasses are damaged, you are able to return your damaged items to us (SALICE UK) and we will supply a replacement model (subject to availability) for 50% off RRP plus postage and packaging with a tracked next day courier service.
To benefit from the Crash Replacement policy please check the following:
1. Crash replacements are valid on helmets or sunglasses damaged within 2 years of the original purchase date. One crash replacement against the original purchase.
2. Your items must have been purchased through an authorised UK or Irish Retailer. Amazon, Ebay or Lordgun purchases are excluded as these are not authorised UK dealers.
3. Proof of Purchase must be provided.
4. Please Contact us with a photo of your product and proof of purchase and once approved and issued with a returns number please send your damaged items to :- Manby International Sportswear, Milner Road, Sudbury, Suffolk. CO10 2XG. United Kingdom.
Please note international replacements will carry a higher shipping charge for the replacement, this will be confirmed before taking payment.
