If an order is placed and payment is received by 2pm we will aim to despatch the same day, orders received after 2pm, over weekends and bank holiday periods are processed for despatch on the next working day. Your order will be delivered using our chosen courier.
We will use a tracked service and a signature may be required for you to receive goods. A confirmation of despatch email and the parcel tracking number will be sent to you once the order has left our warehouse.
Mainland UK Delivery costs
Orders over £50.00 - FREE next working day delivery for UK mainland orders placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be despatched on the next working day. We can offer Saturday delivery at an extra cost. Please call 01787 881144 to arrange before placing your order.
Orders under £50.00 – Carriage will be charged at £5.00 standard delivery, £7.50 for next working day delivery.
Nose pieces and some smaller items: Carriage will be charged at £2.50
Non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands)
Delivery times may vary and may take between 2 – 4 working days to arrive.

Strider Hot Pad footwarmers are one-use foot warmers designed to give you a boost of warmth when you need it most. Using totally natural ingredients, whether you are skiing, fishing, supporting the kids on the sidelines or simply taking a walk, Strider foot warmers will provide up to six hours of warmth. Simply take the ‘tea bag’ style warmer out of its packet, shake to circulate the air and activate, wait half a minute before placing into a shoe where it will continue to get to temperature and provide warmth. Use the peelable sticky side to help locate the warmer on top of the foot just above the toes. We recommend you try to activate the warmer before you really need it, this will help to promote blood flow in the area where you need it and will stop feet from getting cold and uncomfortable.
